3D AOI can digitize the specifications and dimensions of components as well as the characteristics of solder joints (area, volume, cross-sectional area, soldering slope curve), thereby enhancing accuracy and effectively preventing false alarms and missed detections.  3D 3D AOI can detect false soldering, pin misalignment and component warpage.

Standardly equipped with multiple types of barcode inspection capabilities; The software has already incorporated a barcode recognition system, which automatically checks and identifies various types of barcodes on the substrate

Through the 4 side cameras, side defects that cannot be detected by 2D and 3D inspection, such as short circuits on the sides of QFN and LCC packages, and soldering defects, etc., can be checked.

The Y-axis adopts dual servo synchronous drive to address the uneven force distribution on both sides, effectively improving the equipment's accuracy and avoiding the hardware fatigue deformation of the equipment over a long period of time.
