Structure of auxiliary system 

Reservoir :

The cleaning liquid storage tank is used to recover and store the cleaning liquid, and perform preliminary filtering and heating of the cleaning liquid.

liquid storage tank is equipped with a baffle plate and two filter screen structures, and a 50 - mesh filter screen is set at the cleaning liquid return port.

For preliminary filtration, another 80 -mesh filter screen is set under the baffle for secondary filtration.

And can play the role of protecting the spray pump ;

Washing basket rotation device :

 The cleaning basket rotation device is composed of a geared motor, a cleaning basket, a bearing, etc.

The geared motor drives the cleaning basket to rotate smoothly ;

Circulating filter device :

The flow direction of the cleaning liquid is cleaning room → primary filter screen ( 50 mesh) → liquid storage tank → secondary concentrated 3 -core stainless steel bag filter,

Filtration precision: 0.45µ (optional replacement) three-stage filtration → spray pipeline, repeated use.

System structure:

 liquid level sensor:

 Due to the volatilization of water, the repeated entry and exit of the parts into the cleaning tank will inevitably bring out the cleaning liquid.

As well as the overflowing cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank will be lost, so the storage tank is equipped with inlet level sensor. When the liquid level drops to the low and medium level when the warning line is that the sensor sends out an alarm signal, prompting manual rehydration;

Temperature control device:

 The temperature of the liquid storage tank is automatically controlled, which has the advantages of small temperature drift, high reliability and long service life.

Short sampling time, simple setup, the advantages of high temperature control accuracy;

Air drying system:

The high-speed airflow generated by the high-pressure fan during high-pressure wind cutting is heated by the heating chamber, and then through the action of the air knife, the water droplets on the surface of the cleaned workpiece are quickly separated to achieve the purpose of drying the workpiece quickly.

The equipment comes with a high-pressure fan, which also avoids the impact of insufficient compressed air pressure and flow in the factory, effect of using the device;

Automatic safety door system:

Automatically open the discharge door, effectively reducing operator fatigue.

Cleaning Procedure

Features:

1. Rapid & super cleaning effect :

During the operation of the equipment, the workpiece rotates with the cleaning basket in the cleaning basket, and the spraying system sprays the heated cleaning liquid at high pressure. The workpiece can be cleaned in all directions;

2. Standard water-based automatic cleaning mode :

Adopt stable and reliable imported brand color touch screen , for : solvent temperature, cleaning time, rinsing times / time, rinsing temperature, drying time, drying temperature, conductivity monitoring parameters, etc ... , set;

10. Security alarm system:

All air pressures require an electronic alarm monitoring meter , which will automatically stop and alarm when the air pressure does not reach the standard;

The upper and lower door opening and closing safety protection equipment is used to put materials and take materials;

The filtration system is equipped with a safety alarm monitoring pressure device;

11. Cleaning method Spray system:
